with a little help of tea


the other version of my IF's entry for 'grow', with a little help of...tea! i really like the color scheme here. this is wet-in-wet.

update: i fix the color with photoshop to match the original piece (the scan result didn't represent its real color).

  9. Wow, I love them both! This one for the looseness and freshness, that wet-in-wet feel you mention. And the first one, for the way you suggested the light, that lovely wash in the background, and the characters' perfect poses, the big sister in particular, the placement on her arms and head, you are really good at capturing the human figure!

  15. This is beautiful just the way it is. What was done in Photoshop adds a nice and surreal Fall feeling that captures the warmth and glow of what is happening inside this painting.
