How lovely.. You have to keep going on this, is great. :o) I have never tried oils either and always wanted to try. It's nice to try new things, isn't it?
Wow, Ella, you're so versatile! This is really good, it looks like you've been using oils for a long time!
I'd like to try acrylics at some point, but I feel like I need to practice more ink and watercolor, get better with those mediums first, before tackling something new. But maybe I just need to be bold like you and not be afraid of trying new things. :-)
oil is quite nice if i knew the techniques better, Amy. :D but yes, i like oil, it gives much more possibilities than watercolor and easier. or so i think..(?) ^_^ thanks amy.

ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful, you should keep at this. The cat has a nice sculpted feel and the touches of light are great.
