captured

hi! this is my first post to IF. at first i want to wait a while before posting something to IF since i'm only an amateur and just a hobbyist (and really intimidated by all IFriers), but my hand gets really itchy to make an attempt to IF's challenge this week.

this is a girl who's about to sneak out to join her boyfriend in the middle of the night for them to hang out, maybe to go to some party or just to his place (considering her pajama), but then get captured by her mother and her face turn white. her face full of terror because her mother is one scary woman. :-D

I'm an amateur too and have been posting to IF since April. You'll find everyone here is very supportive. And besides this is really good!

As an amateur as well, I can tell you this has been very fun (and inspiring). This is a very nice illo.

Wonderful drawing! And amateurs are not to be denigrated - the true meaning of amateur is someone who loves what they do. I reckon we should all be so lucky to be amateurs!

I love it! Your work certainly doesn't look "amateurish". In fact you have quite a unique style. Great job here, nicely illustrated and wonderfully fitting to the theme!
