a lady played citrus balls with her hands while singing.
i tried another different style again this week. i figured maybe it'll be interesting if i tried the chinese scroll paintings' style a bit. well, turned out it was waay harder than i thought it would be. too bad i can't write in chinese..
i got the idea from a comic book and incorporated the style into it.

ming: wow, that's some compliment! but nah, i don't think i'll get it...
Wow! You have a wonderful talent. I would pick several on your site as one of my favorites, including this one.
This is beautiful. You really did capture the Chinese brushwork style. (I've studied it a little and it is hard to get that beautiful simplicity.)
Apa kabar, Enigma. This illustration is beautiful. The linework is great, but you really hit it with the colors. They complement each other perfectly.
Also, the Santa Penguin below is hilarious.
I like this style. Your line work is very confident looking.
It also a great style of yours :)
Beautiful illo, Enigma.

Beautiful flow and strokes. love it.
The hard work paid off. Beautiful illo.
I must say that this is one talented lady to be able to sing whilst juggling the lemons :) And she’s lovely to behold as well. I think you did great with this Chinese style.
bellissimo!

Best Wishes,

You did great, Enigma!
THis piece is so elegant and lovely!!
BTW, U GOT TAG!! To post 7 things (whatever topic you like), and then you are supposed to pass the TAG to 7 people!! HE ! HE!!
lovely asian flavour.. and I like the orange TWIST of her garment...
That's really lovely.
Nice painting. The juggling of oranges is a bit odd, but interesting nevertheless.
The subtly of the color values work well, however the the boldness of the red could be toned slightly down in some areas. Overall, I agree with the others that the line work is impressive. Yet towards the loose ends of the dress, I believe there should be a less thickness of a line to capture the beauty of it naturally flowing. Basically some line variation with the dress could be applied is my point (if I'm making any sense).
Great work and I look forward to more :)
Quite lovely! I love how elegant and simple it is.
OOoh! I really like this! We juggle oranges around here, too... or try, at least!
;o)
Well done, I applaud your adventurousness to try another style! It turned out beautifully.
