oh how weird! we DO share the same idea... :o) our sweet neighbor is over 80+ years old and she frequently calls on us for help. Those are both of our houses. Of course, YOURS is better drawn.

I really like yours, too.

This is a beautiful illustration, the fact that it's black and white gives it even more mood - I love it!

I wouldn't recognize this as yours but I like it just the same. I really like the composition. I think I miss your colors but it is great to see your diversity.

I absolutely love it! It stands well without color. It's a strong but gentle illustration with great line and shading and composition. I like how the smoke and the walkways connect to form a circle.

Love both of your take on the IF themes. SO different, yet both have a wonderful stories behind them. :)

I like it for the feeling of connection too, with the circular composition it creates! The boys spying are good also. I'm inspired to try some ink work again now.

This is a lovely representation of the topic.
Well done!

Both representations are wonderful! I love the idea of the boys spying on neighbors and the colors, as always are gorgeous.

But, there is something so elemental and wonderful about the houses. Plain ink is refreshing to see and you've handled it beautifully. Kudos!
